Esther's Place

Healing begins with belonging. A safe, warm place for homeless and underserved women and children to spend the day, share a meal and take the next step toward a home.

Our mission

A safe place to be, and a way forward

Esther's Place gives homeless women a safe place to be during the day as they connect to community, resources and housing. The doors are open Monday through Friday with day shelter, two hot meals a day, critical resources and programs that support each woman's recovery and her steps toward self-sufficiency.

Pastor Judy Hoff opened Esther's Place in 2014. Getting to know each woman, each "Esther," is still the most important thing that happens there.

New Creation Communities

More than a bed. New Creation Communities is a state-certified women's recovery housing program in Snohomish County, with two homes for up to 25 women and wrap-around support: life skills classes, recovery groups, counseling and mentorship. Every month the houses gather for "Celebrate You," and graduates come back to encourage the women still on the road.

For women 18 and older with 30 or more days of sobriety. Call (425) 374-2329, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
